ESCAPE QUEST WAS FOUNDED IN 2014.

 

5 immersive Escape Rooms steeped in Queenstown’s 1860s history and integrated technology were created in 2014 with a focus on logical, clever problem solving. The Escape Quest team have developed over 10 escape games since it’s the inception.

In September 2020, Escape Quest expanded to include Virtual Reality Escape Rooms, now operating in Queenstown’s Steamer Wharf building.

In March 2021 Escape Quest leveraged its strong game development capability to offer Play At Home Escape Rooms games.

We launched the worlds first Play At Home, Printable Augmented Reality Escape Game, Empire Escape in October 2021.

​

The Lost Artifact Outdoor Escape Game launched in October 2021 and was fully developed in New Zealand.
